• conceal nascondere, disguise mascherare, convert, transfer or remove from the jurisdiction some criminal propriety
• enter into an arrangement that they know or suspect facilities the acquisition or control criminal property or on behalf of another
• acquisition, use or possession of criminal property

Proceeds of Crime Act is applies to all staff
all staff must report if you are suspicious of a transaction before they occur and after process
